Things you should know:

  • If your order is in relation to a transfer from an existing provider, please note these types of orders can generally take up to 48 business hours to be processed with nbn. Please note that during this period, it is possible that you may experience some minimal downtime with your service.
  • If your order is regarding the provisioning of a new service, please note you will receive an email shortly which will contain further information regarding the details and dates for your installation.
  • If you chose to order a new router from us, this will be shipped out to you and will come pre-configured and ready to use out of the box, however if you are using your own existing router, you will need to refer to our third-party router setup guide here. Your username and password will be included in your welcome email which you will receive once your service is active.


nbn™ and Reachnet Update on Connections Lead Time:

The COVID-19 situation has led to an increased demand for nbn™ Sky Muster and nbn™ Sky Muster Plus services as more people choose to work and study from home. The increased demand coupled with restrictions placed on installation staff in accessing certain sites, including the need for installers to cross State borders (with some State borders, and other area restrictions still ongoing) as well as ongoing supply chain impacts, has placed pressure on connection appointment lead times.


We are still seeing some delays with new connections submitted to nbn due to COVID-19 which are currently taking 28 calendar days on average to complete. However, we are expecting this to return to a more normal time frame (19 calendar days) within 3-5 weeks.


Please note that due to an unprecedented number of orders with Reachnet, processing times are taking longer than usual. We will endeavor to update you on the progress of your order as soon as possible.
